Mahindra & Mahindra has a policy of compensating overtime with additional pay or additional leave. The company also provides facilities such as transport and meals for employees working beyond their scheduled hours. Additionally, the company has a “Flexi-Time” policy which allows employees to work beyond their scheduled hours and compensate for the extra hours by taking off time from work at a later date.
