The Essence

the genesis

The first time public attention was drawn towards a report in 1873, wherein the writer Major Moore described factory conditions in Bombay with reference to long working hours, conditions of women and children of six years working from sunrise to sunset with a small interval of half an hour and only two holidays in a month. The exploitation of child labour and the unrestricted employment of women were among the worst features of earlier factories. Hence, the Factories Act

"Between eleven and fourteen,
People are 'children', and between,
That and eighteen, 'young persons', then
They count as women or as men"

We Help You Every Step Of The Way

Let’s face it! HR Policies need to be designed keeping the industry sector, business requirement and the needs of the workforce in mind. A one size fits all approach does not work when it comes to writing a number of policies.

On the other hand, labour laws require that companies adhere to various statutory compliances, but are difficult for the lay person to comprehend. Why stress over them. Leave the heavy lifting to us!
