Virgin Group offers unlimited paid compassionate leave for employees who need to care for a sick family member or for employees who have experienced a personal loss. The company does not set limits on the amount of time employees can take off for compassionate reasons.

# Two

The Mahindra Group has a compassionate leave policy that allows employees to take up to 10 days of paid leave to care for a family member who is seriously ill or to grieve the loss of a loved one. In addition, the company provides counseling and support resources to help employees during difficult times.
